How to Make a Claim

Onecall is a claims service provided by Fortis. One of their team of advisers can confirm cover over the phone and dispatch a claim form to you within one working day of receiving your call. Onecall aim to settle valid claims within five working days of receiving all necessary documentation as follows;



  • The relevant proof they need (details are in the policy document).
  • The policy.
  • Your travel insurance schedule.


All the certificates, accounts, receipts, information and evidence you send must be in the form we ask for. Always send originals not photocopies. You must pay any costs involved in providing these documents.
